 How can I cancel my order?

 We will not be able to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.

 

 Can I edit my order?

 Yes you can edit the order by calling our customer support for +91-9597791195  or ping us on chat within 15 mins of placing the order. The customer support agent can help you to add/remove individual items within the order.

 

 Note: 

• The partial refund cannot be accepted once your order is sent for processing.
• Any modification on the order, the existing order will be cancelled and replaced with the new order.

Return & Refund Policy

Our products undergo multiple quality checks before they out from our store. However, in the rare case that your order was damaged during transit, you can request a replacement, cancellation, or refund by contacting our customer support within 2 hours of receiving the products. Note: For any quality-related complaints, it is mandatory to hold the product in its original packaging for review by our quality team. Based on product availability, we will arrange for a replacement or will refund the amount to your Masala Kings wallet or original payment mode.

Once the refund request is initiated, it will take 5 to 7 working days for the refund to hit your bank account as per the banking norms. You may reach out to our support team for more assistance.
